I loved this wedding for many reasons: the venue was espectacular, the bride and groom were so in love - they looked like a high school couple that just started dating, and the dad of the bride was the cutest thing ever! I got really emotional by the way he looked to his daughter, so happy. He was taking photos, filming... such a proud dad!!

The day started at the groom's house. Usually when I get there, they are already in their tuxedos and I end up faking the getting ready part. But here, they were truly getting dressed! And at the bride's house, everybody was ready to go to the church. :)

We then headed to the church. The ceremony was beautiful.

Time came for some portraits! It was supposed to rain on that day... I'm so glad it didn't. I just loved the way these pictures came out!!

Then it was time for the reception to start. I must say that the speeches were amazing - I didn't got to see all of them, but her dad's and Laura's made me cry... and I NEVER cry when I'm working at weddings.

They danced to "You are so beautiful" and it was time for me to leave. :(

Congrats, Laura and Dan! May you guys live happily ever after!

What can I say about this e-session? I absolutely loved it! If I could, I'd post all pictures here, REALLY!... The location they chose was amazing - I was so happy to go somewhere else other than the Distillery District!!

Michael and Ashley are such a cute couple, I had an awesome time with them - the evening went by so fast I wish I had more time to take their engagement photos! Now I can't wait for their wedding.

That "A ♥ M" on the rock over there was not made by us!! It was already there, I SWEAR!

Last month I had the opportunity to shoot this very important time on Hannah's life: her Bat Mitzvah. The pictures turned out great. Let me share some of them with you. First part was at the synagogue, beautiful place by the way.

Second part is the party! Before it began, we shot some amazing portraits.

Then the party started!! Practically everybody was at the dance floor!

It all ended with an ice cream truck! YUMMY!!

I had a great time, congratulations, Hannah!

I've been really busy with work and the baby so I haven't had time to update this blog, but this shoot deserves a post. Daniela's expecting a little bundle of joy and I was extremely happy to be able to capture this special time in her life. Can't wait to find out if it's a boy or a girl!

Let me tell you something: I used to hate when clients asked me to take a picture of their hands making a heart on their belly. But after I became a mommy, I started thinking about that pose differently. I kinda like it now!

I just loved the baby Havaianas! I need to buy a pair!!!

Congrats, guys! May this baby bring lots of hapiness to your home. :)

I know it's been a while since my last update. The thing is I decided to take some time off - from the blog at least - to enjoy the newest addition to my family. I'm the proud momma of this cute little girl named Melody. She's been with me - in my belly! - on lots of weddings and photo shoots last year and this past January.

Oh well, now it's back to work. Wedding season is here and I can't wait to see all my beautiful brides! I wonder if she'll want to assist mommy in the future - she already has so much experience!! :)

Today I'm showing you guys another type of photo book I offer: the classic Flush Mount album. This album has really thick pages and the nicest thing about it is that it lays flat - so it's a good choice if you want to have lots of spreads.

Those two smaller albums you see beside it are dust jacket cover albums (they are great as parents books!). They also have the thick pages and layflat style. It comes in a variety of sizes - that pocket book is sooo cute!

Of course these photo books are not only for weddings - they are also great to display family pictures. I'm always doing these books for myself - it's great that nowadays we don't need to print pictures anymore, but I'm that kind of person that really likes to feel the picture in my hands.

So it's a matter of deciding if you prefer the flush mount albums or the magazine-style photo books. They both have their pros and cons - but I'm pretty sure you'll be happy with whichever you choose!

Okay, I need to say something: I just love my Flash website. Probably most people don't even notice all the cute things happening there, but you can actually play around with the images that wander through my homepage: yeap, you can drag those mini photos, click on them to see a larger version, etc. It's a cool and fun way to view my portfolio - if you're not in a hurry! :) That rainbow in the back also changes colour... so much to look at while you're in there - I never get tired of it!

The only bad thing about having a Flash website is that it doesn't run on the iPhone. I had to create a totally different design for it. So if you're visiting me through your Apple phone, you're gonna be sent directly to my blog - but not the blog you see through your computer browser... If you have an iPhone, just check it out. I thought it was a really cute version of my blog! :)

Soami and Patrizia's wedding photo book just arrived and it looks so amazing I want to keep it to myself! :)

They went for the magazine-style photo book - it's a modern take on the classic wedding photo album. I call it magazine-style because there's definitely the feel of a magazine, but the pages are thicker. This photo book can fit lots of pages, so it's good option if you want to tell the whole story of your big day.

Patrizia picked the navy blue leather out of almost 20 types of colors and materials (yeap, you don't need to choose leather if you don't like it! There's a variety of nice materials - like silk - to choose from) - I guess that's her favorite color since her bridal party was also wearing navy blue!

A slipcase also comes with the book to protect it over the years. I'm posting some images here so you can have an idea of the products you can purchase besides the digital images. I also offer hardcover photo books and the classic flush mount album, but I'll leave those for another post!

Tomorrow is Family Day so I decided to post these pictures from a baby that you might already know - if you visit my blog often.
Last year I took pictures of Matteo's mom with a big big belly; some couple of months later she called me again to make images of her 7-days-old baby and now I recently had the pleasure to visit them again. Matteo is all grown up and so cute! Can't wait to have my own. :)

Happy Family Day everyone!

I had to post this picture! Look at that, he already knows how to unlock the cellphone!!

And look at his two little teeth! Sooo cute.
