| I had such a great morning with this family! :) Our shoot was very early in the morning and I was able to catch the most beautiful sunrise at the beach! Jack Darling Memorial park is such a beautiful location in Mississauga- there’s a beach, boardwalk, marsh, trails, willow trees… it’s just a really great park for family photos. | It was such a wonderful surprise getting a message from Laura the other day! I photographed her wedding fourteen years ago, when I only had my business for a couple of years- my style was so different back then! I was very happy to know she still follows my work and wanted me to photograph her family. :)

| Such a great morning I had photographing this family at Edward Gardens! I actually love when parents bring grandparents, uncles, aunts and all the relatives they want to include in photos. Family reunions are probably my favourite type of family photo session. :)

| Humber Arboretum is a location I go quite often, but it’s been years since I wrote a post about it, so I thought maybe now it’s time because this is a location I enjoy taking pictures at. This place has a bit of everything so it’s perfect for all occasions! For this photoshoot, we were going to focus mainly on the forest, but in the end we pretty much covered the entire park! haha One advantage of this location is that it’s quite “small”, so we don’t spend much time walking like in some of the bigger parks (like High Park, which I love too despite of the walking).

| The past few months have been super busy, so I haven’t been able to update this blog with all the photo sessions I wanted to share, however this baby photoshoot appeared out of nowhere in my mind today, so I decided to take a little break from all the editing and write this post. :)

| Love, love photographing this family every year! This time, it was quite difficult finding a date/time that worked for everyone and I’m so glad we were able to fit this shoot in our schedules because this is definitely one of my favorite photo shoots from this past year.

| This location is extra special to me because it’s the park I go to almost daily for walks. :)
I also loved working with this family! We had this shoot scheduled for over 2 years and I’m glad they were finally able to fit the photo session in their busy schedule. It’s a bit complicated when the kids have gone to university but these shoots are always so worth it! We don’t need to stop the photo sessions just because they aren’t little anymore. :)
