Everytime I drive past the Aga Khan museum I think about how it would be so cool to photograph over there. I’ve been wanting to shoot at this museum since forever, I find the architecture so beautiful. A couple of weeks ago I got a message inquiring about a proposal/engagement shoot and to my surprise the couple wanted this museum as their backdrop. :) I was absolutely over the moon with their choice so I’m very excited to share this engagement session with you! I had forgotten how beautiful this cute little beach in Barrie is. Love these pictures from Alyssa’s and Ken’s engagement. Read the rest of this entry »

I just love Jen’s and Anthony’s engagement photos. These two are gorgeous – so easy to photograph them!

The forecast was for thunderstorms but we decided to have the shoot anyways. It was super windy and pouring rain when we arrived at the barn, however, a few minutes later, the sun came out. :) Read the rest of this entry »

I wasn’t really going to upload this photo session because I recently posted an engagement session at this same location, but there was no way I could skip this shoot!

I mean, look at this couple. Look at this light. Super good-looking people and an amazing light during the evening, I seriously couldn’t stop looking at these photos. I already said this and I will say it again, I love how light is just perfect here in Whitby during the evening.

Can’t wait for Michelle’s and André’s wedding this Summer!! ❤

This is Amanda’s and Ashley’s e-session at the beautiful Rattlesnake Point conservation area. This was my first time there and I honestly loved the place! This engagement photo shoot is brand new and since it’s not always I get to go to new places, I had to post this right away.

I actually met Ashley and Amanda last year when Ashley was the MC for Adrienne’s and Eduardo’s wedding. I was so happy when they contacted me to capture their big day as well!

Can’t wait for their big day this Summer – I’m pretty sure it will be amazing!! ♥

I have many, many favorite locations to shoot at, however Whitby is the one I love the most. Not because I live 5 minutes away from all these locations (lol), but because I just find the light here gorgeous. It doesn’t matter the season – winter, spring, fall, summer… cloudy or sunny day… I always get amazing light here.

This is Karen and Yuuki’s engagement session – they brought their son to the photo session and it was a pleasure working with this little one! Adored their photos and I needed to share them with you!

This is my last blog post of the year. At the moment there’s at least 40 shoots (including weddings and lifestyle photo sessions) that I still want to blog here and I have so many favorites it was hard to pick one to close 2015.

I honestly can’t post weddings at the moment because it takes me forever to go through photos, re-size them and organize them here, so I chose this gorgeous engagement session I did this past October.

These two are getting married next Fall and I just can’t wait to shoot their wedding day. Besides the fact they are very good looking and super cute together, they also have so much chemistry in front of the camera I could stay forever taking pictures of them.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS, everyone! See you all in 2016. :)

I always thought shooting during the rain was one of the hardest thing to do. Now I know it’s not: shooting with a bunch of bugs flying around you is the hardest thing ever. This is not a joke, we had thousands of mosquitoes following us during this photo session. We even decided to run at one point to see if they’d go away.

Dora went home with over 30 bites on her legs! I went home with a bunch of images filled with bugs to photoshop. Next time I’ll remember the bug spray. :)

It’s always exciting to go somewhere completely new for photo shoots. I had never been to the Belfountain Conservation Area and I must say it will definitely be on the list of E-Session locations that I send to couples.

Our shoot started over there, then we headed to the amazing scenery you see up there ↑. Weather was pretty bad while driving to Caledon – raining on and off. Luckily it didn’t rain throughout our photo session and now I’m really proud to share these images with you.

Congrats on your engagement, Amy and Matt! Can’t wait for your wedding next year! :)
